Tiffany is a yoga and movement teacher, writer, poet and spiritual seeker. She is a dedicated student of the energetics of yoga - specifically learning how this modality can create soul-expanding change in our modern lives. Tiffany's classes use creative flows, with a strong focus on embodiment, to challenge, uplift and empower the practitioner in their practice

Miel is a Yoga teacher with over 20 years’ experience as a dancer, bringing body awareness, discipline, and fluidity to her teaching. A 500-hour authorised Rocket™ trainer, Miel also trains in traditional Ashtanga. Her classes blend Rocket’s freedom with Ashtanga’s structure, offering dynamic, alignment-focused practices that build strength, flexibility, and mental resilience while fostering deeper self-connection in an inclusive, empowering space.

Clara is a Sports Physiotherapist and Pilates instructor who brings extensive knowledge of the body into every class she teaches. Grounded in her physiotherapy training, Clara’s intelligently designed sessions blend traditional Mat Pilates with mobility work, focusing on functional strength and postural health to create classes that are both purposeful and powerful. She is passionate about helping clients move with confidence, whether they are rehabilitating an injury or elevating their overall fitness.
