We currently have two intentional group classes on our schedule running on the weekends, Saturday at 10am, and Sunday at 11am - both with our founder Heather.

We recommend booking in advance to secure your spot. Walk-ins are welcome if space is available. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early if you're dropping in!
We have a 24-hour cancellation window. If you cancel after that, miss your class or arrive after the class has started, we cannot offer refunds to payments or class credits.
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before class. Late arrivals may not be admitted once class has started.
We provide mats and props, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer. Wear something comfortable that you can move freely in, and bring a water bottle.
