  • Our yoga classes offer a variety of styles to support you through different energies, seasons. From the fluid strength of Vinyasa Flow and Dynamic Vinyasa, to the breath-led rhythm of 4-Beat Yoga, and the deep stillness of Yin and Restorative Yoga—each class invites you to move with intention, cultivate awareness, and connect more deeply to yourself. All levels are welcome, with options to modify or deepen your practice.

  • A rich, nourishing, and embodied 90-minute yoga practice, including asana, breath-work, meditation, mantra, and weaved with a whole lot of wisdom.

  • A dynamic and mindful movement practice that builds core strength, stability, and body awareness. These classes focus on alignment, breath, and controlled movement to support functional strength and mobility—on and off the mat. Suitable for all levels, with variations offered throughout.

  • A low-impact, high-energy class blending Pilates, ballet-inspired movement, and strength training. Expect a focus on posture, core engagement, and controlled, rhythmic sequences to tone and lengthen the body. No dance experience needed

  • A gentle yet powerful practice that invites you to move with awareness, curiosity, and intention. Blending elements of somatics, functional movement, and breathwork, these sessions support nervous system regulation, mobility, and a deeper connection to your body’s innate wisdom.

  • A high-energy class designed to build strength, endurance, and full-body tone. Combining dynamic cardio intervals with sculpting sequences and mindful movement, this class will get your heart rate up.

  • Move with intention, build functional strength, and create more freedom in your body. This class weaves together strength training, mobility work, and body awareness to support balance, stability, and ease. Perfect for anyone looking to move better, feel stronger, and prevent injury.
